Patrick Webster BA

  • Project Director, Pittsburgh Early Attachment and Relationships Project (PEAR)
  • Theiss Center for Child & Adolescent Trauma, UPMC Western Behavioral Health

Patrick Webster has served the early childhood community in the Pittsburgh area for 35 years in a wide range of roles, as classroom educator and caregiver, program director, and board member for both nonprofit and for-profit programs. After over a decade of leadership roles with two historic local programs, Patrick shifted focus to support the implementation of PA Project LAUNCH in 2017. Patrick's history of hands-on work and leadership in early childhood, combined with experience gained through the federally funded LAUNCH project in early childhood mental health, led him to the Theiss Center for Child & Adolescent Trauma. After two years supporting the Theiss Center’s Complex Child and Adolescent Trauma Project, Patrick now serves as Project Director for the Pittsburgh Early Attachment and Relationships Project (PEAR) at the Theiss Center.
