Since 2014, Samantha has dedicated her career to supporting children, adolescents, and their families impacted by complex trauma. She has spent her professional journey at Theiss, providing direct care across various settings, including homes, schools, and outpatient services. Now, as the Program Manager for Theiss CATS, she supports clinicians in their work while remaining deeply committed to trauma-informed care.

Rooted in a client-centered, strengths-based approach, Samantha prioritizes the power of relationships and attachment in the healing process. She is passionate about fostering safe, supportive environments that empower both clients and clinicians to navigate growth and resilience with confidence.

Samantha earned her undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of South Carolina before completing her master’s in Counseling Psychology at Chatham University.
